Bimbo Caption Contest Presentation!

Hello everyone! Well after a slow start, people submitted a much more robust number of captions for the contest, meaning I have enough to feel confident about posting results! I decided to submit all of the caps (there were 17 in all, plus one four part sequence) because while all of the images I submitted to you were involved (plus one I didn't submit!), many were only captioned by one person. Plus, the quality of work was so good on all that I thought it was worth sharing them all with you! The name of each artist (unless they didn't give a name or preferred to be "anonymous) is listed, with their caps underneath. So enjoy them all - I know I did! And thank you to everyone who contributed, especially if it was your first time - I couldn't have done this without you!

As for the future, I am undecided about whether to continue to do caption contests like these where I submit the pics and you cap them. I want to continue because they produce some really excellent work, both from established captioners and newcomers, but I feel that some people felt compelled to cap because I complained a few days before the deadline about the lack of caps. I don't want people to feel that they have to support this, but at the same time I don't want just ten caps from a handful of people. So I think I will try again in a week (and may even put up a poll to let you decide the theme of the next contest so you can get images you like!) to gauge participation/interest in this kind of event one more time before making a final judgment. But with all of that, enjoy the caps!
