The Return

Hello all! After over three months away from captioning, I am back! Yes, thanks to extra work over the last few months plus the consumerism madness that is Black Friday sales, I was able to pick up a laptop today to replace my old one! Obviously I'm going to need some time to accumulate some caps for you all, but my hope is to have one or two ready by tomorrow and go from there! In the mean time, here is my goals/observations about the near future:

1. First, I will be prioritizing caption contests, both new and old. Seeing that Family Feminization and Hair Salon were highly requested in my pole (plus I know I can find some images for these quick), I will actually try to get a new contest up tonight, as I don't have to have caps ready to do that! Also, I do owe four to five people prize caps for the Female Impersonator Contest and also plan on emailing the winners of the most recent Open Caption contest (so certain people may be getting emails later today). Those will be a high priority right after the first couple caps I produce to get this blog back on track for the usual daily 5 PM PST cap.

2. For new themes for caption series, it seems like the Schoolgirl series, Duck Flu theme, and Pink Room series are all pretty popular. It may take me a little while to get those off the ground, but in the meantime I plan on posting little snippets of what I'm planning to do/questions of what you all think would work best. Once a good basis/start for each of these have been established, I'll probably start posting these more consistently.

3. Since I've been gone, I've been really missing a lot of the captions and stories that the TG community produces (mobile phone viewership has been limited and not as successful for me). As such, I've been looking for good new blogs to check out as well as some sexy TG stories from Fictionmania, Nifty Archive, or other places. If you have any recommendations, please let me know! Not only do I want to re-immerse myself in the wonderful work that is out there, but I've considering doing "tribute" captions to plug stories or blog that I enjoy, and this would really help me out!

4. Finally, the last thing I wanted to touch on in this welcome back message is my FormSpring site. I didn't get a single question in the three months I've been gone (which may be because I was gone!) but is continuing a trend of people not asking questions. So unless I see an extreme increase in use in the next week or so, I'll probably shut down my Q&A account for good. The comments and my email seem to work just fine for questions if that continues to be ineffective at getting people to chat.
