Last Blackmail Week cap, and I saved my favorite image (second best cap, IMO) for last. Wouldn't you just kill so blonde curly hair like that? Anyways, I would have preferred to save this for Christmas time, but the image and idea were too perfect to pass up...so call this Christmas come early!
I will admit, I liked the idea of Blackmail Week more than I did the actual captions, I am very sorry to admit. I feel terrible saying that because, in all honesty, your creativity level was just as high with these as it has been with many of your previous captions and stories, especially the ones delivered these past few weeks. For some reason, though, they just didn't sit as well with me and I can't quite say why. I like the forced nature of a transformation as much as any one, fantasize about it all the time myself, but the whole way these worked out just didn't move me.
ReplyDeleteThat said, the one exception is this caption. I LOVE this caption. The story, The scenario. The way you lay it out. How it fits the image. It's kind of perfect. Of the entire week it is the only one I could actually fantasize happening to me. I adored it.
So, seriously, kudos on the whole week, most truthfully, I just apologize they didn't move me as much as I hoped they would have. Please keep up the good work, though!! You're always awesome. :-)
Don't feel guilty at all about not liking the caps! Not every cap is going to resonate perfectly with everyone - otherwise the world would be boring and captioning would be too easy. I'm just glad that the last one in the series finally tickled your fancy :)
