Goddess Like Me

Hi all! The hypnosis contest submission will be posted tonight in a few hours, so if you have any last ditch caps, get them in! Unfortunately, although I have seen Blogger polls working on some people's blogs, I still cannot get mine to work. This, combined with the fact that I don't want to figure out a different polling system, means that I will be picking 3-6 winners once again and posting their caps/why I like them.

On the other hand of the technology spectrum, I have decided to open a Formspring account/widget allowing you all to ask me questions. This decision was made after seeing Wes over at Interracial Sissy Captions do such a great job of answering interesting assorted questions in a fun and interesting way, and I will unabashedly be trying to do the same thing on my blog. This likely means a weekly post with a collection of question from you all. I will try to post responses to all questions I receive, although I may pass on more personal questions or things that aren't questions/anything constructive (so don't ask what my Social Security number is or gibberish that I can't interpret). So any questions about me, my captions, captioning in general, or if you just want to say hi/give me feedback, this gadget on the right is the way to do it!

Piano Magic

Update on the hypnosis caption contest - been getting some really fantastic responses from a bunch of people since I asked for more entries! Really big thanks to all those who stepped up, especially to those new captioners/captioners who haven't ever submitted for putting in the effort. I'll leave the submission period open until this Sunday and will post at midnight of that day!

World Cup Wake Up

So I had planned on trying to do a whole series in honor of the World Cup, but sadly didn't have the time or energy to do this. So I settled for this single cap - enjoy!

Dainty

This was an interesting cap for me because I knew exactly what I wanted to based the caption around when I saw the image - the idea of being "dainty". However, the pic sat in storage for a while, I couldn't think of exactly what I wanted to do, and when I finally capped it a month later...it was different than I expected. The theme is the same, based around the same idea, but the ending is a bit different. I think I like the conclusion - do you?

Why I'm Here

Sorry for the lack of a cap yesterday - was deliberating on showing some Quick Caps but decided against it at the last minute. Might do those later, but for now, regular caps will be appearing for the next few days. Also, thank you to those who have already submitted for the Hypnosis Caption Contest - great to see immediate responses from both new and recurring participants. Submission period will be up for a while, so send them in if you get the itch to cap!

In honor of the ongoing contest, I found a nice hypnosis cap in storage that is supposedly supposed to be related to Bimbo Inc., but isn't explicitly referred to in the cap...hope you like it!

As I See It

Today we have a unique cap that I want to talk about. There are lots of Instagram photos out there of glamorous makeup jobs, often multiple shots of the makeup in the same picture. I've always loved these shots, but never really found a practical use for them in any captions - until I stumbled upon a set of four different shots of the same makeup around one eye. Each pose/positioning was so different and could represent such a different personality that I decided to make a cap with each "eye" representing a different person getting the same makeover.

So for this cap, I separated the four images of the eye and circled them with a different color outline, which match the corresponding text in the cap. To describe the personalities I was trying to portray for each:

1. Top left/Hot pink border - a ditzy, bimboish reaction to the makeover

2. Top right/Red border - a bitchy, sarcastic reaction to the makeover

3. Bottom left/Blue border - an ashamed sissy reaction to the makeover

4. Bottom Right/Light pink border - an amazed, happy reaction to the makeover

Hypnosis Caption Contest

After much internal deliberation about whether or not to do more contest with the Blogger polls down, I have decided to start the eleventh official caption contest on this blog. The submission period will probably last a little longer as I decide how to pick contest winners in leiu of no poll. If you need a refresher for contest rules, here are the steps to follow to participate:

1. I will post images and a general theme to focus your work slightly

2. You all will take these images and send either a completed caption (meaning image and text formatted together) or text with the image to go to it (I will put a cap together if you don't know how or would rather that I format it!) to my email, ElenaStarz4372@gmail.com.

3. You may submit as many captions as you want, but only one caption per image. All captions must be TG or crossdressing in some format (F2F is not really a theme of this blog, but in case any of you wanted to try this, I would prefer that you didn't).

4. After a weeks time, I will sort post all the captions that you sent me in a single post!
5. After I post all the images, you all will be able to vote in a poll I put on the side of the blog. You can up to THREE of your favorite submitted captions and the top three captions after three days of voting will receive a free caption from me!
6. Once the voting period is up, the creators of the top three captions, plus the top three captions I picked, will win a free caption from me (details to come later!). However, please note that if my pick and voter picks overlap, there will not be "runner-up" winners who also get a cap, and I won't give more than one cap even if a single captioner wins two of the top choices with two different caps.

THEME: HYPNOSIS CAPTIONS - There are many methods of transformation in the TG captioning world, but one of the most "mind blowing" is the awesome method of hypnosis. Whether it is through CD players, an actual hypnotist, or some other method, boys' minds are altered as they are turned into beautiful girls via this process. But how does the hypnosis affect them? Are they aware of the changes, but unable to do anything? Are they just coming out of the trance to realize what has happened to them while they've been hypnotized? Are they still acting girly, blissfully unaware that they were once male? The possibilities are endless...now mesmerize me with some awesome hypnosis caps!
